This year our female students and leaders are putting on a girls conference for grades 9-12. This is an opportunity for girls to get together, meet each other, hear from great speakers, have fun, learn, eat, and connect with God's teachings about all things a teenage girl is faced with. The day will be packed with great testimony's, good speakers, awesome worship, and great leaders who desire to see girls lives impacted by God. Student Life Groups

Student Life Groups Start back up January 13th. Student Life Groups are a great way to get connected with a group of other students here at Canyon Hills. Groups are based on age and gender and also friendships, each group has at least 1 adult leader who will help lead your group as you grow together reading the Bible and praying together. 

SUMMIT WINTER CAMP

Winter camp is an amazing time to hang with friends have a blast up on the mountain and come away refreshed and challenged in your walk with Christ. If it's your first time joining us this year or you have never missed a winter camp, it is a great event for everyone. Sign-Ups start Sunday January 17th.

This last week in HSM we started a new series taking a look at the book of Nehemiah. It was an great message that connected with everyone in the room. Students were challenged to come forward after the message and take a brick that represented not only the fact that God was working in their life but also that God is working on building a Vision for them to impact their world. We are working on getting a Podcast of the message up on the site soon. Look forward to seeing you in HSM this week.

Ice Skating December 20th 5pm

Meet at the Group Health Ice Arena (South End of Bellevue Square Mall, Outside) at 5pm. Bring $10 for skate rentals. Snowflake Lane starts at 7. Bring your friends family anyone. This is simply an excuse to go ice skating and hang out. Everyone is welcome.

Believe it or not, your teenager still listens to you.  They are still looking at every move you make.  What you say and what you do still impacts the outcome of their future.  While we seek to train your teenager, we are only a piece of the puzzle.  You, as parents, still have the most incredible opportunity and influence in their lives and we look forward to coming alongside you.  We hope you would do the same with us.  Our desire is to see parents not only having students be a part of this exciting ministry but to find a place where you can serve as well.

HSM is committed to keeping you informed on what's happening in this ministry.  We offer the best environments to help develop your students into young men and women of God who desire to follow Jesus wherever He would lead them and live with a constant awareness of His presence.

Thoughts on Act's and Sequel's

This Sunday we are finishing our current sermon series "Making Church Personal Again". As we have been looking through the book of Acts it is a reminder that Acts is only the first part of the story of God's Church. We are part of God's Sequel. It got me thinking to bad movie sequels. What do you think is the worst movie sequel I will reveal my list on Sunday.

Ignite Recap

Sunday was a great night! We had a ton of fun hanging out, playing games with friends, meeting new people, and the band was really good. Hope you had a great time and be ready to invite everyone you know to the next Ignite November 1st.

HSM Ignite

Sunday October 4th from 6-9pm join us for Ignite. This months band is Enderverance. Concert starts at 7pm doors open at 6. Come hang out, play basketball, play in the arcade, chill in the cafe, or skate in the only free indoor skate park in the state.
