The EVENT

The One Event To Change Them All!

We are so excited for The EVENT here at Canyon Hills on Friday, April 12th!  We are doing things a little differently this year in HSM. Instead of having Ignite once a month on a Sunday, we are now having The Event a few times a year and we are cranking it up a bit. This EVENT is going to be huge! We hope you join us and bring all your friends for the night of a lifetime. Check out the flyer above for some of the highlights that will be taking place. Cost is $3 and the EVENT runs from 8-11pm. HSM Winter Camp is around the corner!

HSM Winter Camp is coming up quick! Join us next month, February 22-24, for a fun-filled weekend at Mt. Baker you won't forget! Registration forms are located in the HSM Chapel, the main church lobby, and online (Follow this link to the church website). The Early Bird Registration deadline for the discount price of $130 is January 20. We will have a booth in the main lobby that day where you can sign up.  Feel free to bring your forms and money into the church office anytime before then as well. (After January 20 the price will increase to $150).

It's time for our MSM & HSM Christmas Banquet! This is an event you won't want to miss. This year's banquet will be held on Wednesday, December 12th, from 6-8:30pm at Canyon Hills Community Church. 
Here are some more details for you in case this is your first time attending this yearly event, or if you just need a refresher:

-Cost is $12/ticket for students & Free for leaders. This event is to honor the leaders and all they do throughout the year.

-Dress is semi-formal (It's a good excuse for the gals to pull out a fun party dress, or for the guys to dust off those ties)

-Photo booth available with instant prints for you to take home (all prints are included in your ticket price)

-A lovely dinner and dessert will be served

-A fun and entertaining program will begin after we eat dinner and enjoy the photo booth.

Seriously, you won't regret coming to the Christmas Banquet. It's something we look forward to every year and we hope you will join in the fun with us! Don't forget to purchase your ticket on Sunday! :)

It's almost Turkey Bowl Time! Join us on Thanksgiving morning, from 8-10am, at the North Creek Sports Fields for some good ol' fashion Thanksgiving Day fun! We will be playing flag football, no tackling involved. Come one, come all!

HSM Ignite - October 7th

It's the first HSM Ignite of the school year and you won't want to miss it! Come to HSM Ignite on Sunday, October 7th, from 6-9pm to play Laser Tag and hear one of our favorite bands of all time, Hatters for Hire! This event is totally FREE so mark your calendars, invite your friends, and don't miss this awesome night.

It's that time of year again!

HSM LifeGroups meet on Wednesday evenings (7-8:30pm) in the upstairs chapel for worship, and break into smaller groups for devo time. This is a great environment to learn more about Jesus and share life with one another.  Grab a registration form from the HS Chapel on Sunday! The cost is $25 for the whole school year. 

Freshman Launch Day

This is the day when 8th graders move up into our HSM Service! Our whole day will be devoted to these new 9th graders and it will be a ton of fun. Following that we are inviting all you new 9th graders to a barbecue at the Mortensen's house! We will have free food, fun games, and a chance to get to know you better!

Make sure to be at Canyon Hills at 11 for all the fun and at the Mortensen's at 1 (provide your own transportation) for our launch Barbecue until 3:00.

Collide Summer Camp Early Registration Day!

Collide Summer Camp is coming up soon and early registration day is right around the corner!  Join us on April 29 between services to sign up for camp and get a $25 discount + free paintball!  This is a great deal and it's for ONE DAY ONLY!  You can also pay online, but you must bring in your paperwork as well.  we can't wait to have you sign up so don't forget! All students are welcome to attend this years "dressy" Christmas Banquet to celebrate the past year and to honor our leaders! It is going to be a blast, you won't want to miss it.
